happy halloween

it wouldn't be a proper Halloween without a little mischief. These days Taylor is very interested in things that don't belong to her, and she sure loves going up on her tippy-toes to find new and exciting things to play with!

Taylor had planned on being a little ballerina for Halloween (before it decided to snow in October!) until we found out how fun being a "ghost" could be.

Brown's Farm

Erin, Nate and Ella came to visit for the weekend. We planned our trip to Brown's Farm (in advance) so that the girls could do apple and or pumpkin picking together... Unfortunately things didn't go exactly as planned.

For one thing, the girls were already a little tired before we even left the house...

It was cloudy and much colder than we were expecting and we discovered upon arrival that there wasn't an apple orchard, and therefore no apple picking. Boo! 

The new plan included "looking" at pumpkins, a hayride, corn maze and playing on the slide. Taylor also got to pretend drive a tractor... (And she had her first lick of a lollipop!)
