making progress

Taylor had to have a check-up today due to her re-occuring double ear infections. We are happy to report that she is ear infection free! FINALLY!

Also happy to report that this baby is gaining some weight! She is 11 months (and 2 days) old.

Weight 18lbs 4 oz (15th%ile)
Length 29.5" (78%ile)
Weight for length 5th %ile... (She was only in the 1st %ile at her 9 month. We are making great progress!)

books

The little missy LOVES books... Placed in her room full of toys, she just seems to gravitate to her books. Sometimes she will bring them back to me for us to read together; however, her favorite book is a touch and feel and she thinks that ALL of her other books are also touch and feel and has to rub and lick the pages... then when she realizes that there isn't a texture on the page she gets a bit frustrated. Drama Queen!

trouble

Taylor has discovered that she knows how to climb up and on basically everything... She is not so good at obeying the words "do not climb on..." and just thinks it funny when we "command" her to stop... i think she is going to be a little trouble maker!

"Taylor, don't climb in the basket!"

"who? Meeeee??? :) "

Happy Thanksgiving!!

We were very lucky to have two Thanksgiving feasts this year (one weekend in NJ and one in CT!) We're so thankful for all of our family and for living close to the ones we love again.
