A Happy Mother's Day (weekend)

We had a very nice Mother's Day Weekend! On Saturday Kate and I ventured off sans babies and hubbies for a very relaxing afternoon of lunch and pedicures... with a little side of shopping. It was a much needed "day off" and a great start to the weekend.

On Sunday we enjoyed a wonderful family day of good food and time outside. While it was a little on the hot & muggy side, it was nice to eat and play outside. And of course, there was ice cream (well sorbet) involved. We took a trip to the playground and enjoyed a relaxing walk.

Quite different from last year (as Taylor is now such a big girl!!)
