Personally, i'm not convinced that a baby needs "food" before 6 months old - especially if the baby is breastfed as Taylor is, but we decided we would see if maybe Taylor really is ready as the pediatrician seemed to be convinced that she is...
She was less than thrilled with her first baby food experiences. Maybe we'll try again in a week or so.
You might want to try her in the high chair next time. She'll be in a more secure position than with you guys holding her and have better control of her head and trunk.
